Hello,

My name is Connie Oliver and I'm from the Great State of Texas.

I just want to start out by saying thank you to my friends Roger and Linda for showing me this opportunity and these amazing products from LiveGood.

After having Covid twice, I've been on a mission to improve my health as I now have an AutoImmune disease from said Covid.

I'm about to be 73 and needed a jump start to get my body healthy again.

I started this journey with the Complete Plant Based Protein Shake which has antioxidants, minerals, fiber and heart healthy fats.

Did I mention the price? I have never seen products of this quality at these price points.

Live Good uses organic, fresh cut, fruits and vegetables.

To my shake, I added the Super Greens for immune protection and the anti-aging benefits.

I liked this combo so well; I then added the Super Reds for energy and heart and brain health.

I've also added the Amino Acids to it as well.

I think my Live Good supplements are working!!

I use the Wellness Pack plus Factor 4 and E3 Electrolytes.

I went down 28 points in my cholesterol and my good cholesterol went up so that’s a really good thing. My A1C down to 5.1. Best bloodwork I’ve had in a long time!!! 💜💜

Protein Smoothie

I like to get all my good stuff in the morning, so thought I’d share my smoothie recipe.

Of course, I use Live Goods Protein Shake added to unsweetened Almond Milk to which I add the Super Reds, Super Greens, Amino Acids with half an avocado, half a banana and some frozen wild blueberries and mixed frozen fruit with a little ice.

Not only is it filling and delicious, but oh so good for you!!! Try it or make your own!!
